Dr. LEo's STORY

Growing up, Dr. Leo was always at the baseball fields playing for hours. His baseball journey led him into the weight room in order to enhance his performance. Despite countless hours studying proper form, being diligent and spending hours in the gym, young Leo found himself in pain.
That’s where it all began.
Fast forward, all of his weightlifting caused constant chronic pain and took him away from doing what he loved for 7 years. Traditional Physical Therapy and Orthopedic doctors provided some answers and temporary pain relief, but as he pushed the needle forward in his training, the pain would come right back. This made young Leo feel hopeless.
This journey helped him understand that when you are in pain, you are unable to fully express yourself and you lose a piece of yourself (and sometimes more) in the process. He is here to change that narrative.
Dr. Leo entered the arena of physical therapy and dedicated his life to master the human body, provide real healthcare solutions for pain and help people enhance their performance in all the right ways to be the best they can be.
Dr. Leo truly believes the human body knows how to heal on its own without surgeries, injections, pain pills and anything else un-natural. He believes we just need to provide the body with the proper inputs to allow the healing process to commence.
Dr. Leo believes true wellness and optimization doesn’t end once you can finally touch your toes or when your pain is gone, but rather when your body has the necessary strength and resiliency to manage the stressors that life throws your way.
Looking forward to getting you back in the ARENA…
Sincerely,
Doc Leo

DR. CARLY Egrie
PT, DPT, DRY NEEDLING, MBGHWC, RYT
DOCTOR of physical therapy
Pelvic floor physical therapist
ADVANCED dry needling
Health & Wellness COach
Yoga Teacher | REIKI Practitioner
Dr. CARLY's STORY
Dr. Carly’s lifelong love for movement began in the dance studio– before she could even reach the barre. Her dance and high school swimming career led her to the weightroom to gain strength where she was missing it. Her dad, a dedicated bodybuilder, taught her everything he knew and sparked her love for weightlifting. At the same time, she began attending yoga classes with her mom, learning stillness, breath, and presence.
Dr. Carly leaned into the balance she found between strength training and yoga. She found her grit and discipline in the weight room, and her grace and flow on her yoga mat. This yin and yang balance was the early roots of her treatment philosophy.
Dr. Carly’s passion for movement led her to pursue a BS in Exercise Science / Kinesiology and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Throughout her studies, she became an Athletic Trainer for a professional football team in Australia, and danced professionally. She then followed her passion for spiritual growth by obtaining certifications in Yoga, Reiki, and Health & Wellness Coaching.
Movement was her medicine– and she thrived on prescribing it.
Until a sudden, near-fatal health crisis halted her entire life and forced her out of the field. Her body failed her. The systems she leaned on failed her. She felt lost.
Dr. Carly knew she couldn’t remain in the trenches forever, she had to put herself back together. She dove into dry needling, nervous system rewiring, pelvic floor physical therapy, emotional regulation, and deep trauma healing. She found the answers that the traditional medical system was not providing. She healed herself under the teachings of some of the greatest providers in the world, and this became the heart of her approach.
Now, Dr. Carly’s mission is to provide this specialized deep nervous system healing to other women. Her passion is to blend her science-backed physical therapy knowledge with soul-level healing, taking a holistic approach to heal chronic pain and trauma that has been stored in the physical body. She empowers her clients to search deeper, listen to their intuitive body, and provides real solutions to their pain.
Dr. Carly wholeheartedly believes that no one should live in pain, feel unsafe in their own body, or feel lost in their healing journey. She understands the frustrations and difficulties that come with deep rooted trauma. She is here to provide safety, solutions, and guidance, so all of her clients can return to the activities and movements they love most.

DR. Bridget siracusa
PT, DPT, SCS
DOCTOR of physical therapy
BOARD-CERTIFIED SPORTS SPECIALIST
running gait analysis specialist
FORMER DIVISION I ATHLETE
ADJUNCT FACULTY - ARCADIA UNIVERSITY
Dr. bridget's STORY
Dr. Bridget is a sports physical therapist, former Division I athlete, and lifelong fitness enthusiast who is passionate about helping active individuals recover from injury, improve performance, and continue doing what they love. Growing up, sports and movement were always a huge part of her life, eventually leading her to compete in Division I field hockey at Columbia University and develop a passion for strength training, performance, and human movement.

Her journey into physical therapy became personal after tearing her ACL during her senior year of high
school, just months before beginning her collegiate career. What felt like a devastating setback ultimately changed the course of her life. Through her own rehabilitation experience — and a second ACL injury later on — she discovered that what truly drew her to healthcare was not simply treating injuries, but helping people navigate recovery, regain confidence, and get back to the activities that matter most to them.

Dr. Bridget has worked with athletes and active individuals of all ages and levels, including Division I collegiate athletes, youth athletes, and adult athletes across a variety of sports and settings. She has special interests in ACL and Achilles rehabilitation, return-to-sport testing, running and endurance athletes, strength and conditioning, injury prevention and bridging the gap between rehab and performance.

Her approach combines movement assessment, strength training, manual therapy, and individualized programming to uncover the underlying cause of limitations and create a plan that fits each person’s goals and lifestyle. Whether your goal is returning to sport, chasing a new PR, or simply moving through life without pain, Dr. Bridget is committed to helping you feel supported, confident, and stronger
throughout the process.
